Your Weekly Check-in Is Ready

Thanks for being here.

The Steady Love Weekly Check-In is designed to help you and your partner make a little room for the relationship—not just the schedules, chores, errands, and everything else that needs to get done.

To complete the Weekly Check-in digitally, download the PDF and open it in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may also print it and complete it by hand.

How to Use It

Set aside about 10–15 minutes once a week when things are reasonably calm.

Put the phones down.

Take turns answering the questions.

You’ll have space to talk about:

  • what felt good between you this week

  • where you may have felt disconnected, hurt, or stressed

  • what each of you may need more—or less—of

  • one small thing that could help you feel more connected

  • what’s coming up in the week ahead

  • where one of you may need a little extra support

You don’t need to solve everything that comes up.

The goal is simply to:

Notice. Listen. Connect.

If something bigger comes up during the check-in, you can always set it aside for a separate conversation.

A short check-in you actually do is more helpful than a perfect one you keep putting off.

Ready to Build More Steady Connection?

If the Weekly Check-In feels helpful, Go Steady 250 takes you further.

In the course, you’ll learn how to create practical rhythms, rituals, and everyday ways of responding that help connection stay more intentional through real life.

You’ll explore how to:

  • notice when connection is starting to thin

  • create small, repeatable rituals that fit your actual season

  • respond to each other with more intention

  • make room for both practical life and the relationship

  • strengthen the everyday moments that help you feel like a team

Connection usually isn’t built through one big moment.

It grows through small, steady ones.
