Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Steady Love respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you visit our website, create an account, purchase or participate in a course, download a resource, join our email list, or otherwise interact with Steady Love, and how we use and protect that information.
Throughout this policy, “Steady Love,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Steady Love Co..
By using this website or creating an account, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
your name and email address;
account and login information;
billing and purchase information;
courses or products you purchase or access;
course progress and completion information;
responses you choose to provide through forms, surveys, quizzes, or other course features;
messages you send to Steady Love;
newsletter or marketing preferences; and
other information you voluntarily provide.
Our website and course platform may also automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring website, approximate location, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
2. Sensitive Relationship or Health Information
Steady Love courses provide relationship education, guided reflection, and practical learning tools. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis services, trauma treatment, or individualized clinical treatment.
You are not required to disclose private relationship experiences or upload completed worksheets in order to benefit from or complete Steady Love courses unless a particular optional feature clearly states otherwise.
Please do not submit through Thinkific:
psychotherapy notes or counseling records;
medical records or diagnoses;
detailed trauma histories;
information about suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, or an immediate crisis;
protected health information intended for a healthcare provider; or
information that you do not want stored electronically.
Thinkific states that its platform is not currently HIPAA compliant. Steady Love's educational course platform should therefore not be used as a substitute for a secure clinical or medical communication system.
If you are a counseling client of Angie Bledsoe or another clinician associated with Steady Love, your psychotherapy relationship and clinical records are separate from your use of Steady Love educational courses.
3. Private Workbook and Reflection Activities
Many Steady Love course exercises are designed for private individual reflection first.
You decide what to write, what to keep private, and what, if anything, to share with a partner.
Unless a particular course feature specifically indicates otherwise, Steady Love does not require you to submit completed fillable worksheets, workbook pages, personal reflections, or descriptions of relationship injuries to us.
If you download a worksheet and complete it on your own device, your entries are not automatically sent to Steady Love simply because you purchased or accessed the course.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
create and manage your account;
provide access to courses, downloads, and other purchased products;
process purchases and payments;
track course access or completion;
provide customer support;
deliver requested resources or emails;
communicate important information about your account or purchases;
improve our courses, website, and educational offerings;
maintain the security and proper functioning of our website;
comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements; and
send marketing communications when you have consented to receive them or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
5. Course and Transactional Emails
When you purchase a course, create an account, or request a resource, we may send emails necessary to provide that service. These may include:
purchase confirmations;
account information;
course-access instructions;
password or security messages;
requested download links;
important course updates; and
customer-service communications.
These are considered service or transactional communications and may be necessary to provide what you requested.
6. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to the Steady Love newsletter, request certain free resources that include newsletter enrollment, or otherwise consent to receive updates, we may send you educational content, relationship resources, course information, and occasional promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications regarding purchases, accounts, or course access.
Where applicable law requires separate affirmative consent for marketing communications, we will seek that consent.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through Thinkific and/or third-party payment processors.
Steady Love generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
8. Thinkific and Other Service Providers
Our courses are hosted through Thinkific Labs Inc.
Thinkific processes certain learner and account information in order to provide its course-platform services. Thinkific maintains its own privacy and security practices and states that it provides controls intended to support requirements under privacy laws including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.

in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, or reorganization of the business, subject to applicable law.
We do not disclose your course participation or personal reflections to your spouse, partner, family member, employer, therapist, or another person simply because that person knows you purchased a Steady Love course.
11. Household Course Access
Some Steady Love products may include course access for both partners within the same household.
Each person remains responsible for protecting their own login credentials and personal information.
Purchasing household access does not give one partner a right to view the other partner's private reflections, communications, passwords, or personal information.
We encourage each learner to preserve appropriate privacy and choice when using course materials.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing course access, maintaining business and tax records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information.
However, no website, email system, course platform, cloud service, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For that reason, please use discretion when deciding what personal information to enter online.

Steady Love courses are intended for adults and are not designed for children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through our courses.
Thinkific also advises course creators not to collect personal information from minors without appropriate parental consent.
