Want More Than One Course?
Learning Paths bundle courses that work well together around a shared goal or relationship season—and save compared with purchasing each course separately.
Each course includes guided teaching and practical tools.
Each course combines guided teaching with practical tools you can use privately or with your partner. One household purchase includes access for both partners.
-
Learn through clear, engaging video lessons you can watch at the pace that works for you. Pause when you need time to reflect, return to important ideas, and move forward when you feel ready.
-
Each lesson includes concise written notes highlighting the central concepts, important language, and key takeaways. Use them while watching the videos or return to them later as a quick reference.
-
Put what you are learning into practice through a thoughtfully designed digital workbook, guided reflection pages, and course-specific worksheets. Complete them digitally or print them to write by hand.
-
Each course includes practical Steady Love tools designed to help you apply the material to everyday life. Depending on the course, these may include Cycle maps, reflection exercises, conversation prompts, PAUSE, SAVE, Take Turns, repair practices, and other guided activities.
-
Courses may be completed independently or alongside your partner. You can begin learning even when your partner is not ready to participate, and you are always encouraged to choose what, when, and whether you share.
-
Return to the lessons, workbook, and tools for 24 months after purchase. This gives you time to move slowly, revisit the material during different relationship seasons, and practice what you are learning without feeling rushed.
One purchase provides access for both partners within the same household.
Why Steady Love Courses Are Different
Communication skills matter—but they are difficult to use when protection has taken over.
Steady Love helps you look beneath the words to the emotions, meanings, Sensitive Places, and Protective Moves shaping what happens between you.
From there, you practice healthier ways of responding—with greater awareness, responsibility, emotional safety, and connection.
The goal is not to memorize the “right” words. It is to understand what is happening and choose your next healthy Move more intentionally.

Start with the free Protective Cycle Mini-Map.
It offers a simple introduction to one of the core Steady Love ideas and helps you notice what happens between you when conflict takes over.
Love it Forward Fund
Cost should not be the only barrier to learning healthier ways of relating.
The Love It Forward Fund offers partial awards toward eligible Steady Love courses and learning paths when funding is available. Participants contribute a portion of the cost, while contributions from individuals, churches, and community partners help cover the remaining amount.
Shared-Cost Award*
You contribute 50% of the course or path price, and the Fund covers the remaining 50%.
*Love It Forward award is private and based on available funding. It does not require you to share your relationship story publicly or provide a testimonial. Please 2-3 weeks to receive response.
Are Steady Love Courses Right for Me or Us?
These courses are for individuals and couples who want to:
✓ Prepare more intentionally for marriage
✓ Navigate the early years of married life
✓ Understand recurring relationship patterns
✓ Build emotional steadiness and self-awareness
✓ Address hurt or disconnection
✓ Strengthen friendship, connection, or intimacy
✓Learn privately, together, or at your own pace
A note about safety: Steady Love courses are not designed to address coercion, intimidation, threats, abuse, ongoing control, sexual pressure, or fear for safety through mutual Cycle work. Mapping a Cycle should never be used to equalize unequal responsibility or minimize harm. Harmful behavior must stop before credible trust-building or mutual vulnerability can be expected. Individualized professional support is the safer place to begin.
These courses provide relationship education. They are not therapy, crisis care, trauma treatment, or a substitute for individualized mental-health services.

-
Most people should begin with Same Fight 101: Why Do We Keep Having the Same Fight? It introduces the central Steady Love framework and helps you understand the Protective Cycle beneath recurring conflict.
Find Your Steady 050 may be a better first step when emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or physical reactivity makes relationship tools difficult to use. Go Steady With Your Love 250 is a good standalone choice for generally healthy relationships seeking more friendship and joy.
-
Before Forever 001 is designed for couples preparing for marriage. It helps you explore expectations, values, family patterns, practical decisions, and the relationship you are choosing to build.
Starting Steady 002 is designed for couples already in the early years of marriage. It helps you work with what real married life is teaching you now—adjusting expectations, strengthening teamwork, building workable systems, and continuing to grow together.
You do not need to take both. Choose the course that best fits your current relationship season.
-
Each course includes self-paced video lessons, companion lesson notes, a fillable digital workbook, guided reflection exercises, course-specific worksheets, and practical tools for applying what you learn.

No. Steady Love courses provide relationship education and guided self-reflection. Purchasing or participating in a course does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Angie Bledsoe, LMFT, or Steady Love Counseling.
The courses are not therapy, crisis care, trauma treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for individualized mental-health or medical services.
-
No. Mutual Cycle work may not be appropriate when a relationship includes coercion, intimidation, threats, abuse, ongoing control, sexual pressure, or fear for safety.
A Cycle map should never be used to equalize unequal responsibility or minimize harmful behavior. Harmful behavior must stop before credible trust-building or mutual vulnerability can be expected. Individualized professional and safety-focused support is the safer place to begin.
-
Steady Love courses may complement couples counseling by helping you learn shared language, reflect between sessions, and practice relationship tools. They do not replace the individualized assessment and support provided by your therapist.
You may wish to tell your therapist which course you are taking so the material can be integrated thoughtfully with your current treatment.
-
No. Reflection and vulnerability should never be extracted or required. You choose which activities you complete privately, what you share, when you share it, and whether sharing feels emotionally and relationally safe.
Some partner practices are offered as invitations, not requirements.
