Payment plans

When a purchase made through a payment plan is refunded within the 30-day guarantee period, payments already collected will be refunded and remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.

Love It Forward awards

For purchases made with a Love It Forward Award, the participant’s contribution will be refunded and the award amount will be returned to the Love It Forward Fund for future recipients.

Downloaded materials

Following a refund, downloaded materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, used with clients, or used for commercial or professional purposes.
